Just read that Baz Luhrmann is planning to remake THE GREAT GATSBY, and I'm psyched!
It's one of my favorite books ever, I've read it a gazillion times!
Now, who do you think should be cast as Jay, Daisy, and Nick . . .???

This movie could make F. Scott Fitzgerald the new Jane Austen!
I'm stumped on Gatsby, but I could see Adrian Brody as Nick, and someone very blonde--Naomi Watts, maybe--as Daisy.

Oh that news makes me happy!:) I loved that book when I read it in high school (one of the few required reading books I actually enjoyed) and I adore all of Baz Luhrman's movies. This would be a match made in heaven!

I've ALWAYS pictured P.Diddy/Puff Daddy as the Gatsby. :) Even when I re-read the book a few years ago, I kept picturing him.
