Hi Alyson! I have read the immortal series and loved them! You do such great work and I am looking for your books based mainly on Riley. I hope to read them soon! I am sixteen and have love Ever. What an awesome character. I have read extreme rude comments and I am glad you shove them off because there are a lot of others, like myself, who enjoy your series. Keep up your brilliant work. -Josie (oh, and I hope to get a signed book from you as well! Haha.)

Jeanette has an amazing amount of determination and I understand where she’s coming from; I am also an aspiring writer so I understand the uphill battle to get published. I’ve been writing a few years now and over the past year, have begun the process of querying agents for my third book, but regret to say that I’ve wanted to quit before. As much as I love my book and as much time I have contributed to it, sometimes I wonder if I should just trash it or if it’s my query letter that needs to be rewritten -again. As a writer though, I suppose one just has to press on like Jeanette says: Read. Write. Revise. Repeat.
Thanks so much for the kind words, everyone--much appreciated! And, if you didn't win the signed book this time, there will be another opportunity to win at www.downtownya.blogspot.com in the coming days!
