I am wondering when you will have a Cover Story interview for Shadowland. You did one for Evermore as well as Blue Moon. Anyways, I look forward to the interview!!

Haha! That was so awesome!!!
So, Damen planning something for Ever's birthday, huh?
I never, ever, read an interviewed with a fictional character (well, unless you count Interview with a Vampire?), so that was my first time. And I was laughing the whole way through because I thought it was so awesome. I'm ridiculous, I know. =)

I seriously can't wait for Dark Flame!!

I have a question though: are Riley's books going to be centered in those six months that Riley was stuck in Summerland or on the present and her life in 'heaven'?

Well, back to Italian homework now!!

Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

Hey Lucia- So glad you enjoyed it! As for Riley- it's going to focus on her life after she left Ever and crossed the bridge into the afterlife!

Molly- So glad you enjoyed that scene at the Getty because it was one of my favorites to write!

Hi Twilightergirl- As for a movie, well, it's really up to Hollywood not me, but I'm hopeful! Going to check out your blog!

I want to know when Ever is finally going to be smart. I keep thinking she is going to think things through but she never does. I'm not sure I will buy the next book. I'm very disappointed.

Hi Anonymous- Sorry you feel "disappointed" but I'm not sure what you mean by "smart."

In Blue Moon, her soul mate was dying and she didn't have time to wait hours until night fall for Romy to get back with an antidote, not to mention how she didn't feel comfortable with Romy hovering over Damen and not allowing her near him since up to that point Romy had been nothing but mean to her. So she made the best decision she could under the circumstances--a decision that actually worked because not only did it save Damen's life, but it also saved his soul from spending an eternity stuck in the Shadowland, which is way worse than not being able to touch each other.

In Shadowland, well, I don't want to give away any spoilers for anyone who hasn't read it yet, so I'll just say that no one told her about the dark moon--she had no way of knowing it would harm the magick--and as for Haven, well, she made the only choice that she could upon finding her friend on the brink of death. . .

Ever is only 16, still learning her way, and is doing the best she can considering the huge, life changing decisions she's forced to make at a moment's notice. She also has three more books ahead of her where she will be faced with bigger and bigger challenges where she will learn and grow from each one.

If you're there for the ride- awesome! If not, well, that's your choice to make.

Either way, thanks for your support up to this point-- I hope you enjoy a lovely holiday weekend-

Alyson
