V-Day Weekend!

So, I just learned that an interview I did with the Laguna Beach Independent a few weeks ago came out today, you can read it HERE.

And, the New York Times Bestseller list was also made available today, you can see that HERE.

And, in all of this week's excitement, I somehow failed to notice that FRIDAY THE 13th backs right up to VALENTINE'S DAY??!!

How can this be?

Do love and horror really mix?

Hmmm, thinking back on my earlier, more single years, it appears that they do!!

Anyway, I plan to spend the weekend writing and hopefully coming up with a good title for the next book in the IMMORTALS series, since apparently UNTITLED BOOK #3 did not go over so well with the marketing folks as I'd hoped.

Oh, well.

What about you?? Any exciting weekend plans??? Or, if you just want to riff on love and horror, feel free to do that as well!!

Me, I'm all about the LOVE--so:

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!!!

    your number 3!
    that's so exciting.

i think love can be insanely scary sometimes, most of the time,
so i think it fits pretty good.

  2. This weekend, I am continuing my spring cleaning--in Feb. :) I started today and managed to clean out a lot of stuff.

And I'm going to be writing, too! Hope we both get a lot accomplished.

  3. runforamsterdam- Love really is scary. Making yourself vulnerable to someone requires a major leap of faith!!

    Happy V-Day to you!!

I hope for love, yet I fear I'll only see horror.

I'm beginning the rewrites/revisions for my first book this weekend, and afriad doesn't even start to cut it.

But the good news is that I've recived a huge load of ideas for my next two novels.

Friday the 13th is always a good day for me, I walked under two ladders today, fed the black cat that hangs out in the dumpster down the road, and then I opened an umbrella in my car.

Yeah, Untitled Book 3 is catchy and all, but I just don't think people would react to it well.

All my friends have gone through really bad break-up this week. I don't date, so I always play the role of Doctor Phil. I don't think I could give another pep-talk if I wanted to.

I forgot in my last comment.

    Have a lovely V-DAY!
